This document sets forth the terms and conditions governing the commercial relationship between Shop And Gets and its clients. By contracting any of our logistics, procurement, or agency services, the user fully accepts the terms described herein. Our operations are based on transparency and compliance with international freight transport regulations and customs laws in force in the countries where we operate: the United States, China, Spain, Mexico, and Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scope of Logistics Coverage by Route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Shop And Gets operates under a structure of strategic hubs that determine handling times and conditions according to the origin of the merchandise:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

North American Route (Miami, USA)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Main consolidation center in Doral, Florida (Zip 33166). Specializing in air and sea freight with weekly departures. Operates under TSA and NVCC regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Asia Route (Shanghai \/ Shenzhen, China)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Bulk cargo management, supplier auditing, and container dispatch (FCL\/LCL). The service includes factory credibility validation and export management from major Chinese ports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

European Route (Madrid, Spain)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Distribution hub for goods from the European Union. Specializing in re-export services and courier shipments to Latin America.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mexico Route and Regional Connections<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Operations focused on industrial and commercial procurement, facilitating the transit of goods to distribution hubs in Venezuela and the Caribbean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Merchandise Classification and Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The nature of the cargo determines its logistical handling. It is the customer's responsibility to accurately declare the contents of their shipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prohibited Items<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The transport of the following items is strictly prohibited on any of our routes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Cash, securities, or precious metals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Narcotic or psychotropic substances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Firearms, ammunition, explosives or replicas of weapons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. War or tactical equipment (gas masks, bulletproof vests, camouflage clothing).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Pornographic material or content that offends morality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Undeclared hazardous chemicals or products without a safety data sheet (SDS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Restricted Merchandise<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Items such as lithium batteries, perfumes, aerosols, or perishable products require special handling and may incur additional charges for security packaging or health permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rates are set according to the physical weight or volume of the cargo, always applying the greater of these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customs Management<\/td>The client is responsible for taxes and duties according to the SENIAT classification.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Shop And Gets acts as a facilitator with customs authorities. Tax exemption on low-value shipments (less than USD 1,000) is subject to the discretion of the competent authority at the time of customs clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Insurance Policies and Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To guarantee the protection of your investment, Shop And Gets offers a comprehensive insurance scheme:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Insurance Cost: A charge of 3% to 5% is applied to the actual invoiced value of the merchandise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Coverage: Protects 100% of the declared value in case of total loss or proven damage during transit under the custody of the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Claim Period: The customer has a maximum of 7 consecutive days after receiving the package to report any issues or damage. After this period, the delivery will be considered satisfactory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Customer Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The client agrees to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Provide reliable commercial invoices for customs processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Correctly register your mailbox code for international purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Make payment for services before final delivery or according to the established credit agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Modifications and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Shop And Gets reserves the right to modify these terms to adapt to legislative changes or operational improvements. Any legal dispute will be resolved under the laws of the jurisdiction where the service contract originated or, failing that, at the main office in Caracas, Venezuela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
