Opening a locker across our hubs in Miami (USA), Yiwu/Enping (China), Madrid (Spain), and Queretaro (Mexico) is free of charge ($0). Customers must identify all incoming packages with their assigned locker code and provide accurate commercial invoices.
Our repackaging and consolidation service eliminates excess e-commerce packaging volume (Amazon, Walmart, Shein, Temu, Alibaba) into a single protected parcel at $0 repack fee, including up to 30 days of free consolidation storage at origin.
Air shipments are billed in pounds (lb) based on the greater of actual physical weight or dimensional weight (L × W × H / 166 in inches), subject to route minimums. Ocean LCL shipments are billed strictly by volume in cubic feet (ft³) from the US or cubic meters (CBM) / Standard Box from China, Spain, and Mexico.
Under current courier regulations for Venezuela, non-commercial personal shipments with a declared invoice value of $100.00 USD or less qualify for import duty exemption. Shipments exceeding $100.00 USD or commercial cargo are cleared under applicable SENIAT customs tariffs.
We offer optional cargo insurance ranging from 3% to 5% of the pre-declared commercial invoice value prior to departure. Uninsured shipments are governed by standard international carriage liability limits.
National Cash-on-Delivery (COD) distribution in Venezuela is handled via IPOSTEL for parcels up to 30 kg (≤ 30 kg) and via DOMESA or dedicated fleet for shipments over 30 kg (> 30 kg). Firearms, ammunition, cash, and illicit goods are strictly prohibited. Lithium batteries, perfumes, chemicals, or IMO cargo require prior declaration for ocean routing or RACDA / RESQUIM / SENCAMER permits.
